Being a guy, it means sex. If you’re having a problem with that, it usually means “free sex and then leave her”. Unfortunately this is true.

For many men, it means it having sex. For smarter men, it means sexual activity including intercourse but also plenty of foreplay.

I cannot speak for other males, but to me there is a substantial difference between having sex with, and making love to, another.

Sex, in my opinion, is purely for SELF satisfaction. One can have sex with another/others, or solo.

Making love, however, is for MUTUAL enjoyment. It involves ALL the senses, and the emotional experience of bonding with the partner(s) as well as satisfying them orgasmically.
