Definitely Engineering! As long as you vaguely enjoy the maths as well..because you’ll be doing a lot of it. It is pretty much all maths, with parts of theory to back up and explain what it is the maths is about (but in the real world your intuition will take over from the maths once you become experienced in a particular field)
The opportunities are virtually endless i.e
Civil/Structural engineering – Building projects, roads, bridges, water supplies
Mechanical Engineering – Automotive/motorsport, Aerospace (aviation and space), Energy, and basically any company that makes a product will employ engineers to design it.
Aerospace engineer – Aerodynamics can take you into motorsport, aviation and space, defence
Electrical/systems – automotive, aviation, any company making electrical products, energy, defence
the list is pretty endless…so you really can end up working on a project/product that you are interested in. and even if you don’t have an idea what you want to do when your older it can clearly take you into a wide range of careers when you do decide whilst studying…it can even take you into finance/banking due to the strong base of maths you will build up.
