NURSING BECAUSE NO MATTER WHAT EVERYWHERE YOU GO YOU CAN GET A JOB !!!!!
Sales. There is no more rewarding job than harassing people out of their money. Also, on occasion you get to bear the wrath of an angry consumer. Tell your son to stay in school and get a degree no matter what it is or he could end up in sales or worse.Answer by mtpizzo
As a recent college graduate, I would suggest majoring in something that your son enjoys. I majored in finance at one of the best undergraduate business schools in America. I hated it. My apathy lead to low grades and limited job prospects. Eventually, my only option was to go to law school at the mediocre University of Texas.
However, if I would have majored in something that I enjoyed, but had generally lower job prospects, I might have done better.
I think the most important thing is that your son attends a good college and makes good grades. An even the good college part is not necessary. You can get a Harvard education by attending Harvard, or you can get a Harvard education by making a 4.00 GPA, writing a honors thesis, and becoming a leader in student organization.
So, let your son decided which course of study suits him best and encourage him to excel in that area.
Answer by jjmayo63To answer your question first of all, with all the lawsuits happening… Lawyer would probrobly be a good choice.
Also, the way technology has become… Computer Technician is a good career to go in to.
But, the choice should be your sons, to pick a career that he can make money in and be happy in his work.
Whatever your son decides to do he should go after it, make the sacrifices and do what needs to be done to achieve it.
If his desire is to become a doctor, he needs to apply himself to that.
Good Luck
Answer by Ophelia193Many employers in the business world do not care so much as to what you majored in, but if you acctually graduated. Have him pick something he enjoys, so he’ll stick with it. Also, I have read reports that say that those who study the libral arts have the widest options for jobs when they graduate.
