Karen:): What can i do to prepare for gymnastics training?
I am going to take gymnastics again (i’ve been in gymnastics before when i was really young) but i havent been taking lessons for a longggg time. So what are some things i need to do like maybe pushups, any tumbling stuff i need to work on? Or good stretches? (i’m quite flexible) Anything at all that i can do to make myself a better gymnast before the actual training lessons?

you should really stretch ur back, legs, arms, practically ur whole body
First of all thanks for answering my handstand question,
I would think you need to practise on your flexibility which you said your quite good at so just try to perfect them as best as you can , And the moves you know, Just remember the training is there to teach you new things and to help you so i wouldn’t worry ๐ hope it goes well and importantly have funAnswer by ัฯัฮฑโโัโ ััััฮฑ
There isn’t much you can do before training. You could build up your strength though by working out at home. Just do basic exercises, like push ups, sit ups, squats, go running. Trust me, being in shape will help you out so much. And maybe just do some back bends and work on splits so you aren’t so rusty when you go back.
