Mimi89: What books do you recommend for anatomy and/or physiology?
I’m a college student and i’m taking anatomy in the fall and physiology in the spring. I took physiology 2 years ago and have never taken anatomy. I want books that will teach me the basics so I won’t be lost when I start class.

My favorite physiology book in college was Guyton’s Medical Physiology.
How about “Anatomy and Physiology for Dummies”, I have a degree in business administration and I am taking prerequsites at a community college for an accelerated BSN. You should go to allnurses.com, its a great online community for nurses and nursing students. I searched threads at that website for books for A and P basic prep and thats how I ended up buying A and P for dummies off amazon.Answer by raizel
