What benefits would I have for taking Geometry earlier?

Shelby Marchetta: What benefits would I have for taking Geometry earlier?
Most people at my school do not take Geometry until 10th grade. But I completed Algebra 1 in 8th grade (I don’t know if this is the same for other schools), and I will be taking Geometry next year which may be slightly earlier than others.

What benefits would it bring?

the normal at my school is the same as yours, but alot of people took geometry their freshman year. this allows you to get further in math in high school, and frannkly i find geometry harder than algebra 2. (i’m in algebra2 right now) haha so you can laugh at your friends when theyre taking it and you already did 😛
