Answer by bookwormasterAccording to Buddhism… life is suffering…
So you could either suffer and be happy… or suffer and be sad…
And… when you do a mistake… apologizing isn’t going to be much help… you have to correct your errors… and pay for it… there’s no such thing as you’re forgiven for your sins… it’s yours till you die… and come alive again… so take it in your own hands… nothing can change it but you…
Cheers!!!!!!!!!

Answer by RealityPracticing Buddhist meditation daily (about 15 minutes a day) will help us to control our anger jealousy etc. We will be less stressed. And we will be able to focus more on what you are doing. Different kinds of meditation will help you with different aspects of life. While mettha meditation will help you control anger Mudita meditation will help you with jealousy. Breathing meditation can help you focus so can all other meditation. So if you don’t get angry easily and you are not jealous then you will be less stressed and will be able to deal with difficult situations easily.
And if you keep reminding your self that everything is impermanent, Your mother, father,wife/ husband ,children, job , wealth, house ect are not permanent they will change and they will leave you some day, then you will suffer less when it actually happens.
The best time to start meditation is not when you are sad, angry or stressed. Start right now, keep meditating and one day you will feel that you don’t get sad, angry easily like you use to.Answer by Sapphic Blinz redux
To be present in the moment, rather than dwelling in the past or worried about the future.
