I am pregnant and work for a small business, only a few employees. What are my rights for maternity leave and my employer holding my position? I am in Massachusetts, any help is greatly appreciated.

uh..too small for FMLA. No federal requirement. I’d try the Mass Department of labor.

Mass. maternity leave is available for women if the company has 6 employees. Not to exceed 8 weeks if you are eligible. Check Mass. Commission Against Discrimination for more details.
