: What are the laws regarding purchasing wholesale items and selling them on the internet?
Would I need a business license to do this? Are there any other laws that I would need to be concerned about if I did this?

as long as its not something that says “do not resell” or w.e you should be fine
It really depends on what you’re trying to sell. If you’re trying to sell hats or computer the only law you need to follow is to pay your taxes. Especially if you’re earning lots of money. If you earn over $ 500 a month it might be wise to get a business license. This will also allow you to buy from legitimate wholesale sources.
