Paul: What are the laws on swapping leads with representatives from other companies in sales?
I’m looking into setting something up in the local flint, mi area to swap leads and generate more business for my company and other companies in the area. I’m running into some people wondering if there are any laws regarding this. I can’t find an answer online so i figured I’d ask here. Can anyone help?

No, there are no laws about that. That would fall under the policy of a business, not a matter of actual law.

It depends on your privacy policy. You should be clear to your users with how you plan on using their information. If they agreed to allow you share information it is fine. You just don’t want to abuse the privilage or the person will be mad and the lead will have no value.
