Anna S: What are the laws for sending small electronics (specifically, a digital camera) from USA to Russia?
I need to mail a digital camera (with cord and software) from USA to Russia. Are there any restrictions and/or laws in either Russia or USA that I should know about before sending this? Will it be a problem getting through customs?

If cost of a videocamera is less than 1500 dollars problems will not be.
