robr053nth4l: What are the laws concerning registering and riding a 110cc pocket bike?
I am thinking of buying an X19 pocket bike and would like to know the laws concerning age, registration, and safety.

well as with any vehicle on the road with a motor, its supposed to have brake lights, headlight, and blinkers both on front and back. Safety, not very safe. LAws? I dont know.
