I love a lot of the stuff at express, but unless it’s on sale, it’s out of my price range.

Forever 21! I cannot stress it enough, they have a wiiiide range of clothes (style-wise) and are fairly inexpensive!

Forever 21, you may think they look old but it’s really meant for teens just mix and match. Target, Walmart, Ross, Jcpenny are okay. You could go to Yesstyle store if you live in San Francisco area. Charlotte Russe is awsome! Wetseal too, and that’s it I guess

i would say forever21 they have a lot of cute clothes that arent expensive some stuff is but most is not i mean usually skinny jeans are like 60 bucks here are only like 30 bux
