: What are some good intercourse positions for a partner with a bad back?
Hello,
My partner, while otherwise young and fully functional, suffers from severe back pain. Obviously, this can become a hindrance when partaking in sexual intercourse. I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for positions that will minimize the strain on his back when we copulate.

It depends on what muscles are causing his back pain. Probably the best position will be the cowgirl, where he lays on his back on the FLOOR,not on the bed, and you ride him from astride. This position does not involve him moving his back and you do the thrusting. Move up and down and also move toward his feet and toward his head.
