Lola: What are some good ideas for a restaurant theme?
In art, we have to come up with a restaurant with a special theme.
What are some restaurant themes I could use and how would I decorate the inside and outside of the restaurant? Also, what could be the name of the restaurant?
Reminder: I can’t do a rainforest or jungle theme.
Thanks!

You could do a french in a classy way, violins playing in the background, candles…. You know.
Travel theme:
Maps of the world and of countries and special foods of the regions shown:
Photos of places in Paris and London etc with a cut-out for the kids to stick their head thru for taking pictures.
New York Taxi theme:
Yellow all over and photos of taxis in New York streets and avenues and major landmarks.
Meters that are slotmachines
Old taxis and photos of celebrities in taxis
Seats look like taxis
I do not know what country you are in. Here I like to eat at a resturant that is decorated in the fifties with posters of old movie stars and vintage cars. They have cherry cokes and food from that area such as the breaded tenderloins and hand breaded onion rings.
The name of it could be
“Retro Metro” or “Oldies And Goodies”
Just watch an episode of Happy Days and see what the outside should look like. Maybe you could have carhops too on roller skates.
