Isabella: How many vacations Mr. Obama takes a year – how many days?
I have just seen a photo of Mr. Obama in today’s paper arriving at Martha’s Vineyard. Didn’t he just go to the Gulf one or two weeks ago? Does he think that life of a president is a Pleasantville with never ending vacations?
Most of us have two weeks of vacations, unless we work longer in a company. How many days of vacations does USA President have?

This is his 9th vacation.
A whole lot less than Bush.
And FYI, most of us don’t have a nation to run either, so a two-week vacation is plenty for us.
Kudos, Mr. President. You deserve a break!
Answer by WillI notice that you conveniently ignored all of his 16-hour work days and seven day weeks. Which makes this question a joke.Answer by ⌡Machine Head⌠
Every President going back as long as I can remember has left Washington during the month of August; this no doubt is a tradition that goes back to before the days of air conditioning when Washington D. C. was an unhealthy place to be in August.
The President is never actually on vacation, the apparatus of his office follows wherever he goes. Daily meetings, breifings, etc. continue as always: There is actually no reason for the President to physically be in Washington during the month of August.
Answer by nathan f0- The president is never on vacation. A military officer is never more than 50 feet away with the nuclear launch codes. Every morning, no matter where he/she is, they get a summary of national and international issues.
Look at any presidents picture before and after their time in office. 4 years in the presidency ages them like 20 years.

Bush spent 487 days on vacation at Camp David, and 490 days at his ranch. Using simple math, that’s 977 vacation days out of 2920 as president, or 34%.
As of today, Obama has spent all or part of 38 days on “vacation” away from the White House. He has also been to camp David 32 days, for a total of 70. It brings his total time away to all or part of 70 days. The total number of days between Tuesday, January 20th, 2009 and today, Friday, August 20th, 2010 is 577 days, or 12%.
Sorry I am so far down on the answer list, but I actually looked this up.
