They have to “follow” you in order for them to see all your tweets but if you mention them for example: you’re tweeting to a person with a username @rob and you tweet: @rob hey man what’s up?
It should be on their “Mention” dash and be able to see it. You can also message them so it’s more private. Hope this helped.
