They could come out all lop-sided. Possibly saggier. Afterwards, your boobs are extremely tender and your chest pretty much is all numbed. That’s all I know 😛

The worst thing is that they’ll look really bad. Some poor women even end up with different sized boobs after a boob job! Really, I think that unless your boobs are deformed, you shouldn’t get breast implants. If they’re deformed, then it’s understandable.

Lots of guys like small boobs on girls…so don’t worry if you are.
