How do you sell a stock when it reaches a certain price on Scottrade?

Xanthous: How do you sell a stock when it reaches a certain price on Scottrade?
I’ve bought 200 shares of Freddie Mac at $ 1.01. I would like to be able to set a price to sell it at, so it sells immediately w/o me having to manually sell it…How would I do that? Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you so much.

Enter a ‘sell’ order, but instead of making it a MARKET order, make it a LIMIT order. That means that the stock will only sell if the price is equal to your limit. Also, make sure that the “duration” of the order is “Good Till Cancelled.” That means that the order will last about 90 days, or until you cancel it.
