: How can a 14 year old start fashion designing?
I have wanted to be a fashion designer ever since I was a little baby because my mum was in the fashion world, but I just don’t know exactly where to start, my mum said that she stated in year 10 and her teacher signed her into fashion school and a comp, and she won. Please help! 🙂

Ps. I have started sewing classes and soon pattern making classes, and my school does not really care about sewing and etc, and im a girl.

Lil darling,
its not the school , nor the people who will rise you up to your dreams. You do not need classes, you learn from books, you tube can help you a lot and work from your imagination present your works in the internet competition and forums. You will get feedback as Fashion Designer. From the point you start scratching a concept for design, you are a fashion designer. BTW I am industrial designer too. So i am telling you serious.
