Unfortunately you seem to have the answers to most of your questions. That’s as far as my knowledge goes on these questions. But the sun is known to help as long as you don’t abuse from it if you know what i mean, also, celebrities use an extensive amount of make-up everywhere and have the money to go to special skin care/dermatologist regularly.
use salycylic acid and see your dermatologist -you don’t need to be rich or famous for good skin.Answer by Robinstarlyn
Don’t exfoliate your skin. Harsh scrubs intended to exfoliate leave your skin raw and exposed to infection or MORE bacteria causing acne. If you need to get rid of black heads, pimples, a layer of dry skin, etc. the VERY best thing you can do is get a glycolic acid treatment. Don’t poke, pop, peel, or pick at your face. If you have a whitehead and insist on popping it, use two Q-Tips. That way you don’t bruise or scar your face. Keeping your hands washed will stop you from spreading bacteria across your face. Drink tons of water and keep a logical diet. The less processed and fast foods and the more fresh and healthy foods, the better your skin will be.
Scrubs may make your face feel nice after you first due them. Because the skin is rubbed off and you feel a tight fresh layer. But you have actually compacted your pores further and in a few days you’ll break out even worse. And to dry them out… well pimples come from skin that is off in moisture and free radicals that cause bacteria. So why make the moisture off more by drying it?
Use a cleanser with glycolic acid. A toner with glycolic acid, a topical cream with salacylic acid. STAY AWAY from benzoyl peroxide. And look up acne lights. Go to google and type in blue and red lights for acne. I would die without mine!!!
Celebrities don’t have perfect skin. They have good makeup artists and good touch up on film.
Exercise makes a difference because your skin if your largest organ and through it you detox. Sweating will help clear your pores. BUT, make sure you wash your face immediately after. Take LOTS of antioxidant vitamins. They fight free radicals. Remember, oily skin happens when your skin is dry. Seriously. When your skin is dry it produced oil in attempt to moisturize itself. SO make sure you drink enough water and use a moisturizer at bedtime until you regain a normal moisture level in your skin.
