Should I apply for accommodation in both my firm and insurance choice of universities?

Jessica: Should I apply for accommodation in both my firm and insurance choice of universities?
I have applied for university in the uk for the year 2009-10 and the universities are starting to accept accommodation requests. But seeing as there is the same likelihood of going to my firm choice as to my second choice, should I apply for accommodation both universities?

No, just your firm choice. You have to pay a deposit with the application form so if you want to pay out more then apply to both. If you end up going to your insurance choice, you can apply late, they will usually have places left.
