Alexandra: What kind of shoes will look good with black skinny jeans?
I have these black skinny jeans, but i have no shoes to wear with them! well i have converse, but the shirt i plan on wearing is kinda dressy. i’m planning on going shoe shopping soon, like tomorrow actually. and i need shoes to wear with it. but not heels, cause i don’t want to wear heels around school. ya know?

i think the converse would go very well with the dressy shirt actually. its actually a style now days so just go with that!

any shoe will work fine, really. just no tennis shoes xD try some flats or mayb even a very tiny heel(they dont hurt your feet at al)

dark coloured converse always looks good with skinny jeans. or you could try a pair of flats…black or navy blue…i have a pair with a little bow on the top and it goes well with my skinny jeans. or you could try the fuzzy winter boots, those always look good too.

i would look for some cute ballet flats, in a color that POPS! 😀 maybe silver/gold, or bright pink purple green blue etc…. depending on the color of the shirt ;]

I’ve always thought slip-on vans looked cute with skinny jeans. As others have said, converse work well, too. I just like the vans. Urban Outfitters has some lace-up shoes that kind of look like vans slip-ons (but with laces, haha) and those go with skinny jeans as well.

i have a couple pairs of black skinny jeans and i usually wear them with metallic ballet flats or black flats, converses, or tucked into short ankle boots.
in my opinion, they look best tucked into black ankle boots but silver or gold flats would work for a more bold look.

anything depending on your foot size… if you have big feet dont wear flats with skinny jeans EVER cuz it makes your feet look bigger lol but pretty much anything that matches your shirt

Well my daughter is probably skinny jeans number one fan, and when she wears a casual shirt she wears the suede flat boots that come in a vareity of colors. you can find them at payless or other shoe stores and their very inexpensive.

well,you can go for flat gladiators and u can fold d end of your jeans so it won’t cover up the beauty of your gladiators or u can go for a cute or sophicticated looking doll shoes..

Wow I was just wearing black skinny’s with a dress shirt earlier and tried on my converse with it…It just did not look right. The best thing is heels, but as you said, you need something for school so the second best thing is a pair of cute and SIMPLE black flats. No giant bows or sequins, but plain black flats with maybe very small bow or some sort of detailing.

I have a ton of black flats, and they are GREAT in so many ways 1) they are SO comfy 2) they look great with dressy or casual looks 3) they are inexpensive AND 4) SO easy to just slip on and off.

There’s also the greek-style sandal which is big right now. If you’re like me and aren’t into the crazy 100-buckle up greek sandal and think they look just weird, there are some super cute simpler sandals that look AMAZING with skinny jeans, shorts, even regular jeans! Now, if you’ve never tried wearing sandals before, you may think “ew, they look funny” but TRY THEM ON. They look like heaven on your feet even though off your feet they may look strange. When you do go shoe shopping, wear skinny’s so you can see how the shoes look with the skinny’s.

I really love sandals with skinny jeans and yes I know it is winter but it is fun having people staring at you feet wondering what is wrong with you. Flats also look good.
