Um i dont know how old u r but i think sum teens sould be able to have sex but they need birthcontrol and condums birthcontrol doesnt always work and make sure ur having sex with the right person and there is alot of things u can get from sex so be carefull and get tested after having sex even if u need to tell ur parents to take u to get tested its better to be safe then sorry;

For your fucking info, I like having my tax money being used on something more productive then teens who can’t take care of their kids or in constant need of help from the government. Actually a very small percentage of under 16s have sex,the number increases at 17 and 18.

Wow. Stupid, much? Sorry to burst your bubble, but the age of consent isn’t there to prevent you from having sex per se, it is there to make it easier to punish old creepers taking advantage of young girls/boys, and to make it easier to rightfully charge someone with rape.

In some states you can, in fact, be prosecuted for statutory rape when you are about the same age as the “victim”. Like that 13 year old boy in Florida who got his 12 year old girlfriend pregnant. The reason is because those states are run by authoritarian Christian fundies who wish they could make it illegal to have sex before marriage.
