What is the law with selling tobacco pipes at concert venues?
I wanted to start a tobacco shop, and decided I needed some money to start the shop, so I thought it would be a good idea to follow some of my favorite bands and sell these pipes at their concerts, I understand I would have to run the idea by whoever is hosting the concerts , but besides that, what are the laws conserning this? Would I need a tobacco license to do this? Could I go under the radar and do it as a side thing? What to do?

You would need a license from wherever you are but there should not be any restrictions other than a city license, but all laws are state sensitive so you would need to check with each state and each city you go to.~
