bulabate: Who seeking employment is actually getting job placement under the recovery and reinvestment act ARRA programs?
Or is this like the world banking system bail-out where no benefits are going to those who really need it i.e. money in the hands who have little to none.
What are the pay rates that employers are being subsidized for by the federal govt end up being paid to the employee?
They are in effect! Professional H/R personel are on contract for one year at the pay rate in my state of $ 15.00 per hour!

Frankly, I don’t believe that any of the programs are in effect as yet. The claims made of the 400,000 jobs saved or created, is nothing more than propaganda, just as the claims made that unemployment is decreasing!
