This commonly known as a chain letter. Do NOT send it on, if it goes to a sensitive or mentally unstable person it can be very damaging. These evil people who generate chain letters think it is funny to upset people, they have in the past caused suicides, or even violent attacks on others. Shown you have more courage and are more adult than the people who send them by deleting it. Under current internet laws it is possible that action can be taken against such senders, so an alternative would be to send a copy to the abuse department at your ISP, with a copy of the full header.
