This is an odd question, but is there a religion out there that has something to do with drugs, but has other Catholic/Christian beliefs?

yes ofcourse in islam god prevented beer, drugs, and also pork…also god prevented many many other things but i can’t say ’em now.

ethiopian zion coptic church….drink milk infused canibus drink..and of course the Rastafarian’s.

native american’s ingesting peyote on their spiritual journeys might count as well.

The Rastafarian and Native American mentioned in prior answers here are not the only ones
there are more in our present world and there were more in the past
Religion has many forms
one must also consider that Government itself is a belief system
and even USA modern Government with it’s “official” Food and Drug branches also are supported by drugs such as prozac and viagra even tho such are depressants to dumb down rather than expand us into considering greater reality

my own thing with drugs is that once you realize expansion you should get rid of the drugs and find your own expansions

Being a New Zealander our christian beliefs of the use of the tree of life (mariquana), that man has classed as a drug in society, has been used spiritually as rongoa (medicine) to help substitute, drinking, smoking cigarettes, Other drugs, dietry reasons,stress release and many other reasons to heal the body, a healing plant of the century. I praise God for such a gift of natural resourses, its a tree, not a man made drug? Thats probably what the indians were smoking in there peace pipes.
