If you have been to an unhealthy restaurant, how do you get in touch with the health department to recommend the restaurant gets a health inspection?

You call the Health Department in the city you’re in.

contact your local health dept. all restaurants are inspected on a semi regular basis. try and have documented reasons for the inspection, things you noticed or heard.
