Here are more detailed instructions than the ones you’ve gotten so far, for the sake of having a better accent. I’ve linked you to some audio recordings by native speakers.
Chambre Syndicale = shĂŁbr – seÌ – dee – kahl
ĂŁ = the sound of the “o” in “John” with an American accent
eÌ = the sound of the “e” in “bed” but through your nose
audio:
Pour Dames et Fillettes = poor – dahm – (z)ay – fee – yet
exaggerate the “oo” sound so it comes from the back of your mouth
and just say the first half of the “ay” sound (without the gliding “y” sound at the end)
the “z” is for the optional liaison.
audio:
FĂ©dĂ©ration Française = fay – day – rass – yĂ” – frĂŁ – sez
just say the first half of the “ay” sounds (without the gliding “y” sound at the end)
Ă” = the sound of the “o” in “more” but with your nose
ĂŁ = the sound of the “o” in “John” with an American accent
the “e” in “sez” is like the “e” in “bed”.
