You are experimenting with DOF and that is good. I liked the colored pencils (in color), and the blur filter worked nicely there. Lamp fringe #95 was interesting as well. Composition is just as important on closeup shots as on a landscape or still life. Just being close does not carry the picture artistically. Your built-in flash is not the best light source to use, try experimenting with available light to get a different look. Do you shoot anything besides macros?

You have a nice beginning. Time to start learning the basics of photography, the technical and artistic stuff. Take a class if you can. Read books on beginning photography. Look at good images and think about the lighting and composition. Keep learning and practicing and enjoy your new camera!

Fabric rose and silk leaf are quite good. The rest are good concepts, but the execution needs work. Keep practicing and have fun with it, you definitely have some creative talent worth developing. Take a summer course, or online tutorials, or invest in a a few good photography books to help you with the technical end.
