xoxoxo: How can I persuade my mom to move to another house?
My mom has been planning to move for years now, but never did because the prices of homes are so low. I really want to move to another school district (I hate my school and people in it) and would like to move next year. What are some things I can do to help push my mom move? We have to move sometime anyways because our house is in a very expensive neighborhood. Thanks!

Moving is extremely expensive.
She will have to pay movers and fix up the current home to perfect condition.
She probably will also want to replace carpets, paint walls, fix landscape.
Also when you buy a new home, you have to pay closing costs (not cheap).
When you sell a home, you should also get a realtor which will cost about 6% of the price of the home.
It’s not cheap (or free) to move.
^^ Just making sure you know
Your mother is the only person that would understand her financial condition at this time. You indicated that one of the reasons is because the property values are too low. With this statement it might indicate your house in which you are residing might be below the mortgage loan balance.
If this is the case she might not have a financial choice at this time. She would not be able to pay off the current mortgage if she sold the house.
I am not sure you are helping your mother by constantly whining about moving and the hatred you have for your school. This could be adding additional stress on her already stressful day when she arrive home.
You might sit down with your mother, find out the real reason you and your mother has not moved. This might prove beneficial to both as you would find out the reason for not moving and perhaps a date you would be moving. Your mother would not have to listen to you complaining about moving and how much you hate your school. (As most teenagers do)
I hope this has been of some benefit to you, good luck.
