: What percent of the depressed population are teens?
I am doing a project for school and I can’t find that one statistic. All I can find is that about 5% of the teen population is depressed, but I need the percent of the depressed population that are teens. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

These statistics are difficult to determine, in part because of the legality surrounding minors. Either their parents do not take thier children to doctors (where as adults can go on their own accord), or confidentiality of records are requested.
