I just started with online jobs and majority make payment through paypal. I will be transacting through Canada. Please tell me what paypal is and how to use it?
Can i checkout money via paypal in cash?
Also, does my email address coordinating with my clients have to be the same as mentioned for paypal registration?
plus, what do i give to my service buyers?
is there a number we get … like the a/c number after registering?

The following checkout methods are possible:
1) Withdraw funds to your bank account
2) Request a check from PayPal
3) Withdraw funds to your bank card

Not obligatory for coordinating but obligatory for receiving payments.

plus, what do i give to my service buyers?
Paypal use your email (mentioned for paypal registration) as unique udentifier. It is enough to have email to transfer money to it.
