Depends on the mother. Some would be proud to see that their daughter is appealing to men which means that she has bride potential. Others wouldn’t like it, watching men lust after their young daughter. That could also tempt the daughter into being promiscuous. A mother wouldn’t want her daughter to get those kinds of ideas.

well my mom kinda gets mad nd gives them the eyes like “wtf yew starring at”
but i personally hate it when they stare it kinda grosses me out:p
they knt get some so they have to chek out the girls!
nd som etimes its like wayyyyyy older man that can be yewr fathers or soemthing nd it just makes me feel disguested and creeped out! eewwww i hate man like that!
