Money?????

nicki name: Money?????
How can I earn extra money without working extra? I already work to much but my wallet is empty before next salary. I work with small kids in a preeschool. I struggle every day to make them happy, but what is that worth in money?Nothing. It´s not fair.

Spend less and live within your means or get another job that makes you feel better.

Education is the key to a better life. If you are willing to put forth the extra effort of going to school you will be rewareded for you achievements.

There is no way, except winning the lottery, to make more money doing less work without an education. Some folks are lucky and inherit the money or business. Some of us are not. I spent 5 years working towards a degree in electrical engineering. We ate beans and corn bread as well as ramen. After beginning my career, I went back to get my MBA. Now I make great money and life is much easier. The position, along with the responsibilities at this level, are very stressful but I am compensated for my knowledge and experience.

We live in a free market economy. So, people are compensated on the rarity of their skill set. This is why pro football and pro basketball players make so much money. Their skill is in high demand and very rare. Take for example, a person with a PhD in Geology. This is a very difficult degree to obtain and carries with it a certain amount of need in our market. A person with an B.S. in Electrical Engineering will make more starting out than a person who graduates with a PhD in geology. Why? Higher demand.

Think in terms of supply and demand when determining career choices and you’ll quickly realize why you make the salary you are paid.
