You could use OneNote and snip it, so to speak or you could simple PRINT SCREEN and then edit that on Paint and save as a JPEG then Upload!
i would try coping (or saving) the text and pic from word and paste (or open) it in paint program. Save it to paint. Open the upload in facebook and select the new paint document. Hope one of these options work for you.Answer by centsless
You can’t convert a Word document into a picture file format. You need some kind of photo editing software, like PhotoShop. Most photo editing software will let you add “text” to photo’s. So, take the original picture from “my pictures”, and open it in whatever photo editing software is installed on your computer. Add your text there. Then save the picture in a .jpeg format.Answer by S M ARIF
You can use Universal Document Converter software for make a microsoft word document a picture.
Universal Document Converter is the most complete solution for the conversion of documents into JPEG, TIFF or other graphical files. The underlying basis of Universal Document Converter is the technology of virtual printing. As a result, converting documents from Word to JPEG format is not any more complicated than printing on a desktop printer.
Please follow this manual to start converting of Word documents.
1. Download and install Universal Document Converter software onto your computer.
2. Open the document in Microsoft Word and press File->Print… in application main menu.
3. Select Universal Document Converter from the printers list and press Properties button.
4. On the settings panel, click Load Properties
5. Use the Open dialog to select “Text document to PDF.xml” and click Open.
6. Select JPEG image on the File Format tab and click OK to close the Universal Document Converter Properties window.
7. Press OK in Microsoft Word Print dialog to start converting. When the JPEG file is ready, it will be saved to the My DocumentsUDC Output Files folder by default.
8. The converted document will then be opened in Windows Picture and Fax Viewer software or another viewer associated with JPEG files on your computer.

have Word display your document in full screen view, then press the “print screen” button on your keyboard. next open the windows program “paint” and on file select new, then on edit select “paste”. your document image capture will appear, and now you can save it as a picture(*.jpg; *.bmp; etc).
note: for vista or windows7 commands are displayed as buttons. and once you start the program it already has an empty canvas for you to paste the captured image, this also causes the “paste” button to be active since your capture(print screen) is loaded on the computer’s virtual memory until you paste it and save the file.
