Can someone actualy explain to me what a triangle number is i know that it is 1+2+3+4ect… but i need to know why they are called it.

Triangular numbers are
1,3,6,10, 15…
You can create a triangle with each amount of numbers

The triangle numbers are called that because you can make triangles with rows of 1 then 2 then 3…. etc. and they look cool.
Yahoo Answers won’t let you draw them, but just search triangle numbers and you will see the triangles.
