I’m 20 years old from Jerusalem and a u.s citizen, last year I went to Jerusalem for the summer and i fell in love with a guy and now I’m back in the u.s but we’re plaining to get married and live in the u.s, but I can’t go back to Jerusalem because it will cost me lots of money and he can’t come to the states because he does not have a visa, Is it possible to send him the marriage papers so I can work on his papers so he can come to the u.s and live here with me?

If he can’t scrape up the return airfare for you, how will he support you after you marry? Why can’t his family help? You can live on a kibbutz there very cheaply before getting married Maybe you are going to support him in the USA
