Pat: Is a Manager allowed to Not let one see an apartment they want to rent?
I rented this apartment in a Senior 55+ apartment complex, and the Manager would not let me See It. I have asked to move to another apartment, and the Manager agreed. She will not let me see any other apartments. Is this Legal?

I certainly wouldn’t rent anything I couldn’t see first. One good tip for renters: On move in day, take pictures of everything before you move any in. After you move in, take pictures again. Before you vacate (all personal items out), take pictures again. This may help secure return of your deposit, unless you’ve done damage.
yes it is legal. but who in their right mind would agree to rent something and not have seen it? that seems risky. why in the world would you agree to this?
The manager can do it but most potential tenants will walk away and find another place.
Answer by WildcatYES. They are not legally required to show you anything. People rent units sight unseen and having only seen a model unit all the time.
