Answer by MarsBarBecause Jesus was either the true Son of God or he was completely out of his mind for thinking and telling others so.Answer by Linda J
Because I came from a home where God was not welcome; I know what it’s like not to have Him in the center.
I have now been a born again Christian for twenty six years now and in that time, I’ve seen too many lives changed for the better, (mine included) and seen too many miracles to believe it’s all been a coincidence.Answer by Cslewisville
Either all religions are false, or one is true and all the others are false. The true one would be the one that mends the broken heart, heals the sick, sets the drug addict free, brings hope to the hopeless, feeds the hungry, houses the homeless, sets free the slaves, and overthrows the tyrant. Individually and historically, that is Christianity.Answer by the last ammunition
I don’t follow a religion.
I read my bible and try to obey it.

Unfortunately christianity is not based on logic, so your question has no foundation. Christianity is the belief of God through faith and conviction. I believe because I have faith that God takes care of me each and every day allowing me to safely make it to my home in the evening and one day I hope to meet him and get to know him a lot better than I do now. So your question of asking only for a “Logical answer” is just that Faith, faith is why I believe.Answer by fmko ( 無神論者は神を知っていない。)
logic has nothing to do with knowing…that is pure volition and faith when speaking of knowing…Christianity makes the most logical sense of all the religions i have studied…logically atheists don’t “know” they are correct either…Answer by Born Again Pagan Atheist
Logic and religion have absolutely nothing to do with each other.Answer by XY GTHO
A good many people continued to follow this religion long after its central figure was no longer physically among them. A number went to their deaths defending, believing it.
Christianity is also logically concise. Accept the death of Christ on the cross covers all your sins…. all. No wiggling. No “But what about …” You many not agree with it. You may find it unfair. But the statement, itself, is logically sound.
C.S. Lewis’ “Mere Christianity” explains his thought process on the matter quite eloquently.
Answer by Light and TruthLDS have the only logical answer.
Why?
We have the Book of Mormon, another testament of Jesus Christ from another Continent of people who left Jerusalem in 600 BC under the law of Moses, and Christ later visited them and did the same there as in Jerusalem.
The Logic? Whether you believe or not?
It is lake putting a nail in a board. One (Bible) and you can move the board everywhichway, two (BoM) and it is solid.
Answer by superb9006It’s the only one that has an end. when we die, this happens and you go here or there. That is justification for suffering and wrong doing. No other religions have a finality. Islam makes heaven more of temporal rewards than spending eternity with our creator. Buddhism says you will be reincarnated until you get it right. But they don’t say you ever will. Catholics (most) put more faith and trust in the church than God. Jehovah Witnesses are a works based belief. But that goes back to can you do enough.
Christianity has a linch pin. That only if Jesus Christ is resurrected from the grave are we saved for eternity. That there is nothing we can do to secure our salvation other than believing in Him. Without His resurrection we are still lost in sin. So it’s not about doing enough, or getting second chances to get it right. It’s about having faith in Christ for eternal salvation. Not one thing about how good you are or how good you have to be.
So I ask you which would you rather follow. One that says do this and do that with no guarantee that it will be enough or follow Christ and be in a relationship with Him? I prefer the relationship. It frees me from sin and religious dogmas and laws.
Answer by ScooterNo religion can be proven.
That’s why they call it faith.Answer by jojokeeper
Logic is a means to an end, a proff, a tangible, not beyond the senses.
Faith is beyond the senses, where many can not or will not go.
Nature, unadulterated anthropology and history shout out the truth of Judaism, Islam and Christianity, in an intellectual sense.
The gift of faith given me in the practice of Christianity, and what i have witnessed in doing so, is, i find, beyond, far beyond what can be communicated in mere human terms.
Cause Jebus sabed us all. Logically speaking I watched the scourge of Jebus when they stripped the meat from his bones with the cat of nine tails. I watched as he suffered the searing pain of the thorns being viciously pressed into his scalp. I suffered spiritually as he stumbled along that trail to Calvary dragging the burden of that heavy cross. I cringed when they pounded the nails in his arms and feet.As they lifted the cross into the sky and set it firmly at its base. I thirsted when he asked for water and they pressed a sponge with vinegar against his lips to quench his thirst.I felt the pain in his side when they stabbed him with a sword to insure his death and only clear liquid issued forth. Still he uttered, “forgive them father for they know not what they do.” Jebus died for our sins.Answer by thE dEmOn
