pznbob: Is it legal to sell your own personal wine without a liqueur license?
I’ve got a large stock of wine & I’d really rather sell it than store it or drink it. Can I legally sell the wine?
Drew, I know very well the law doesn’t draw a distinction between “to a friend” or anyone else. Don’t answer questions like this if you don’t know or some poor slob may get in a lot of trouble taking your stupid advice.

No, you need a personal licence, to sell, supply or authorise the sale of alcohol by law, I’m afraid.Answer by MattZombie
Most likely yes but I strongly suggest you look up your state’s liqueur laws. Because some states you can mail liqueur and some you can’t. Lots of states regulate taxes on liqueur different.Answer by Kojak
