gws21: Just yesterday, wasn’t the news cheering that the Dow went up 200?
But today when it goes back down again they just say “What stock market?”
I’m so confused.
Why is the stock market important one day, and “it doesn’t mean anything” the next day?

Do you really want them flipping out every time it goes above/below 10,000?
That’s just retardation at it’s finest.
Answer by WillIt all depends what political party. If the market goes down it seems important to Republicans. When it goes up it seems important to Democrats. The stock market really isn’t a good daily indicator of anything. But it sure is a talking point for each party.
