Making love+ showing that person you love how much you really love them , and feeling close to them.

Having Sex: main reason is to have a orgasm.

making love is more intimate.

making love is slower and more intimate

having sex is just for the feelings at the time woth no real emotional attachment —- making love is two people who care for each other giving each other pleasure — it will bet better over time as they learn about each other and it can deepen their emotional bonds and depth of feeling they have for each other — there is a world of difference between them

Answer by Paris
Yes, I believe there’s a great difference. “Having sex” is a physical act with physical reactions but “making love” is beyond the realm of physical contact. Sexual interaction is something wonderful to enjoy but “making love” is something to experience. No words can describe lovemaking and no one can capture or package it. That’s the difference!

“Having sex” can be filmed, described, sold, packaged and even justified but making love is outside of everything. It transports you to another place. Sex is momentary but lovemaking touches the eternal.
Given a choice I believe most people crave lovemaking but settle for having sex. Perhaps not a popular opinion but I believe it to be true.

Hell yes having sex you just want to get in get off and get out . Making love takes allot more time and getting her off is more important than you getting off .

Yes Yes Yes, There is a huge differance. Being in love with the person you are physically intimate with is so important. Sex can be fun and enjoyable but making love is passionate and intense, it’s so much more emotional. I think it’s b/c when tow people really love each other they tend to have a deep respect for each other’s bodies and and there is a comfort there, like when you feel like you can just be yourself. You can’t have that kind of connection with just some person you’re having sex with.

definitely making love is something people do when their in love it is soft sensual and all worth while… when you love someone you make love..

having sex is just when you want something to do.. its fast boring and not even necessary… sometimes friends with benefits do this.. and its nothing it usually means nothing at all.. that’s the difference

Answer by colombianita
yessssss cause making love is passionate and 2 ppl rele love eachother
and having sex is just for pleasure and can mean no feelings involved

Answer by lmn78744
Absolutely there’s a difference.
Making love is sensual, passionate, tender, and with strong feeling involved.
Just ‘having sex’ is more of a basic mechanical getting your needs met sort of thing. Nothing wrong with it, just not as emotionally involving at the time.
People who love each other do both. It can’t be Earth moving fireworks every time.
Then of course there’s animalistic ravaging – very passionate and with strong feeling, but nothing ‘loving or tender’ about it
😉

Why don’t you google it? Like this user/loser “Paris” did? She found the answer using google and copy-pasted it here.

making love is the act have sex with some one you love .having sex is just that it is where there is no emotional connection! it is more casual and just for the sake of it when your making love it is usually with someone you have known for longer so you know what there likes and dislikes are eg dressing up like a fireman or any other of their fetishes
