P6590: Is it normal for your testicles to ache occasionally after prolonged intercourse?
Sometimes, after one hour to an hour and a half sessions of hardcore intercourse with my girlfriend, my nuts ache badly for maybe a half hour. Is this normal or should I consult my family doctor about it?
Note: This is NOT blue balls, because I did in fact ejaculate at the end of intercourse.
Honestly, who has sex for an hour and a half and doesn’t ejaculate?

Normal. It’s called Blue balls. It’s the result of not ejaculating. Once you ejaculate the feeling will go away.
