Depends. Winter has ice and snow and storms on runways. Summer has Monsoon type rain and migrating birds and Hurricanes .. depends what way you look at it..
Summer .
Summertime brings big thunderstorms with it and historically T-Storms have been very bad for aircraft. Airplanes have crashed with numerous fatalities as a result of a T-Storm generated wind shear condition.
