Can i increase internet speed on my laptop by inreasing ram from 512MB to 1GB ?These days while using internet my laptop uses only 145MB memory out of 512MB.What is this problem ? Please help.

ram is very cheap to buy, i payed £27 for 1GIG and there very very simple to install.
Go to Youtube and enter..adding ram to laptops… into the search and watch some video’s

Internet speed isn’t directly related to RAM. However, your browser might be leeching RAM off your swapfile, making your browser slower; generally, if you see that your available memory is still 50% or higher of installed, total memory, it’s probably not the issue. You might try one of those internet optimizers for the heck of it, check to see that your data cables aren’t running parallel to power cables, run CCleaner and defragging afterwards, try to avoid routers, and call your ISP to double check modem settings. If it’s always been slow, maybe you should switch internet providers.
