In Georgia labor laws, is there provision for getting paid a minimum of two hours if you report for a scheduled shift and get sent home?
If so, is there a document I can reference?

There is none, unless you have a contract that states such.

that’s not something that would be up to the state. that would be up to the co. you work for.
