It means nothing to me I don’t know what it means.
It sounds as if it has a French origin which would imply that it’s quite old fashioned and upper classAnswer by Terra nostra
It means stock exchange in French.
The term “bourse” comes from the name of a Belgian businessman from Bruges called Van den Burse. Before present technological tools, the “bourse” or stock exchange was a physical place where titles of listed companies were bought and sold.
Other words are derived from the original “bourse” such as marché boursier, indice boursier, valeurs boursières.
