Right click on My computer icon on your desktop, click on Properties, click on Hardware and Device Manager. You’ll find it there.

Even i am facing the same problem….Irina can u tell in depth….or any other option….i tried what u said……Its till retaining the same for me

This is most generic error that any one would see. Give the system some time to install the s/w for the hardware. Then you should be able to see them in My computer.
